Refund Policy

SECTION 1 – CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your original form of payment.

 

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time may delay the posting of refunds.

SECTION 4 – SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

 

SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item at xilivewithlove@gmail.com to arrange a replacement.

 

SECTION 6 – RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please email us at xilivewithlove@gmail.com.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
